Today's 100 Days of Weight Loss lesson is about boundaries. The importance of setting boundaries for your eating plan instead of getting stuck on the word diet.

So let's picture a diet as a road or a path. This is a path I will go down each day. I'll stay between the sides of the road - zigzagging from side to side at times - but never get off of it completely.
