100 DAYS OF WEIGHT LOSS, DAY 5
Everyone should have a “magic” notebook… that little spiral notebook that you keep in your purse or on your nightstand to record your random thoughts. Pulling out my notebook before bed the past few nights has been nice. I can get used to this! Now transferring my scribbles to my blog is more of a challenge, but I’ll get there. I’m almost caught up. Why don’t I write directly on my computer, you ask?
